Deposit on booking:
50% deposit required to confirm your reservation. Balance to be paid 30 days before the start of the stay
Deposit:
€500 to be paid by bank transfer before arrival or by cheque on the day of arrival.
This deposit will be refunded within 10 days after departure if no damage is found.

Cleaning and laundry fees are included in the rental price.

The rules of procedure require that the occupants take care, before their departure, to empty the dustbins of bathroom, the dustbin of kitchen, empty the dishwasher and arrange the crockery, and strip the beds by putting sheets in appropriate bags. All bathroom and pool towels will also fit in appropriate bags. The Bastide will be returned in a good state of order and cleanliness.
The rental is only accessible to residents, therefore prohibited to outsiders.
It is requested not to make any more noise outside from 11:00 p.m., except by request made to the owners.
Parties and group events are not allowed.
Special requests, which cannot be guaranteed, are subject to availability upon arrival and may incur additional charges.
